- How much does it cost to fulfill a US order?
- EasyShippingHub charges exactly $1 per outbound package — no matter which marketplace the order comes from. That covers picking, packing, and domestic US shipping to your buyer.
- Is there a monthly subscription or platform fee?
- No. There are no monthly fees, no subscription plans, and no platform charges. You pay only for inbound bulk shipping to our warehouse and $1 per outbound package to your customer.
- How much does inbound bulk shipping cost?
- Inbound shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your shipment. Because we consolidate cargo from multiple sellers into one shared container, your per-unit inbound cost is significantly lower than shipping individually. Contact us for a quote based on your shipment size.
- How much does USA storage cost?
- USA storage is completely free. There are no monthly storage fees, no long-term storage surcharges, and no minimum inventory requirements. Your inventory stays in our New York warehouse at no cost until an order comes in.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. Our pricing is fully transparent: inbound bulk shipping + $1 per outbound package. Every fee is itemized in your wallet and transaction history. There are no per-order customs fees, no marketplace surcharges, and no surprise charges.
- How much cheaper is this compared to shipping each order internationally?
- Instead of paying $10–30+ in international postage on every single order, you pay one shared inbound bulk shipment, $1 per order to fulfill it, and US domestic postage. Domestic postage is substantially cheaper than international postage, and the one-off inbound cost spreads across every order you ship that month, so the saving grows with volume.
Inbound Shipping & Customs
- How do I get my inventory to your USA warehouse?
- You package your inventory in one or more boxes or pallets and send them to our local intake partner in your country. From there, we consolidate your cargo with other sellers into a shared container and ship it to our New York warehouse. You only need to arrange one international shipment.
- Do you handle US customs clearance?
- Yes. We manage the full US customs clearance and import documentation on your behalf on the inbound bulk shipment. You do not need to deal with US customs per order — it is handled once, when the shipment arrives.
- What is bulk consolidation shipping?
- Instead of shipping your inventory to the USA in a separate container or parcel, we combine your cargo with other sellers' shipments into one shared container. The container cost is split proportionally, which dramatically reduces the per-unit inbound shipping cost for every seller.
- How long does the inbound shipment take to arrive?
- Transit time depends on the origin country and shipping method. Sea freight typically takes 20–35 days. Once your inventory arrives at our New York warehouse and is processed, it is ready to fulfill orders immediately.
- What countries can I ship inventory from?
- We currently have intake partners in Turkey, with additional countries being added. If you are shipping from a country not yet listed, contact us to discuss options.
Storage
- Is there a minimum inventory size?
- There is no minimum inventory requirement. Whether you send 10 units or 10,000, your inventory is stored and fulfilled from our New York warehouse.
- How long can my inventory stay in your warehouse?
- There is no storage time limit. Your inventory can remain in our warehouse for as long as you need — there are no long-term storage fees or penalties.
- Is my inventory insured while in storage?
- Our warehouse is a professionally managed, secure facility. Contact us for details on insurance options and coverage for your specific inventory.
- Can I send multiple SKUs or product types?
- Yes. We support multi-SKU inventories. Each item is catalogued and tracked individually so the correct product is picked and shipped for each order.
Order Fulfillment
- How quickly are orders fulfilled after they come in?
- Orders are typically picked, packed, and handed off to the domestic carrier within 1 business day of receipt. Your US buyers then receive their package in 2–7 business days via domestic US shipping.
- Which domestic carriers do you use?
- We use major US domestic carriers — including USPS, UPS, and FedEx — to ensure reliable, fast delivery to your buyers across the USA.
- Do buyers see domestic or international shipping on their order?
- Buyers see domestic USA shipping. Orders ship from our New York warehouse, so delivery times and tracking look identical to a domestic US seller. This improves buyer confidence and marketplace search ranking.
- What happens if an order is returned?
- Returns are processed at our warehouse. Returned items are inspected and restocked or flagged per your instructions. Contact us to set up your returns handling preferences.
Marketplace Integrations
- Which marketplaces do you support?
- We support all major US marketplaces: Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, and Poshmark. The $1 per-package fulfillment fee applies regardless of which marketplace the order comes from.
- Do I need to connect my marketplace store to your system?
- Our team processes orders on your behalf. You share order information with us and we handle the rest. Automated API integrations are in development — contact us for the current onboarding process.
- Can I fulfill orders from multiple marketplaces at the same time?
- Yes. Your single inventory pool in our warehouse can fulfill orders from Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wayfair, Poshmark, or any combination simultaneously.
- Will this help my marketplace search ranking?
- Yes. Marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon favor sellers who can offer fast domestic shipping. By shipping from a US address, your listings become eligible for 'Ships from USA' badges and fast-delivery filters, which improve visibility and conversion.

- No long-term contracts. You pay as you go — inbound shipping when you send inventory, and $1 per order as they come in. You can pause or stop at any time.
