Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and EasyShippingHub. They govern your use of our website and our warehouse and order fulfillment service. Please read them carefully — in particular the sections on customs responsibility, storage and liability.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

EasyShippingHub receives your inventory in bulk at our New York warehouse, stores it, and picks, packs and ships individual orders to your customers using US domestic carriers. We may also arrange consolidated inbound freight. We are a fulfillment provider: we are not a party to your sales, not your agent for tax purposes, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any marketplace on which you sell.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate registration information and keep it current. We may decline or close an account at our discretion, including where we cannot verify who you are.

You are responsible for keeping your password and connected marketplace credentials secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We record administrative actions taken on accounts, with a reason, in an audit log.

You keep ownership of all inventory you send us; we hold it as a bailee, not as a buyer. You warrant that you own the goods or are authorised to deal with them, that they may lawfully be imported into and sold within the United States, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You must not send us hazardous, perishable, counterfeit, stolen, or legally restricted goods, or anything requiring a licence we do not hold. We may refuse, return or dispose of anything that breaches this section.

Consolidating shipments physically does not merge them legally. Your goods remain yours and must be declared accurately: you are responsible for giving us correct product descriptions, tariff classifications, countries of origin and customs values, and for the accuracy of anything filed on your behalf. Where you are named importer of record, the duties, taxes and legal responsibility are yours. Where we or a licensed broker act for you, we do so on the information you provide, and you remain responsible for that information being true. Providing false information to customs authorities carries severe penalties, and you indemnify us against any arising from information you gave us.

Our current fees are published on our pricing page. Fees for fulfillment services are charged to your wallet balance, which you fund by deposit. Carrier charges, duties, taxes and any inbound freight cost are separate from our service fee unless we state otherwise in writing. You must keep a sufficient balance; we may pause fulfillment if it runs out. Fees for services already performed are not refundable. We may change our fees, and will give notice before a change takes effect.

Storage terms, including any free storage period, are as published on our pricing page and may change on notice. If your account is closed, your balance stays unpaid, or your goods remain with us beyond the period we notify to you, we may treat them as abandoned. Before doing so we will give you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to arrange collection at your cost. After that period we may return, sell or dispose of the goods and apply any proceeds to what you owe.

Do not use the service to break any law, to ship prohibited or restricted goods, to infringe intellectual property, to interfere with or probe our systems, to access another user's account or data, to scrape or overload our infrastructure, or to misrepresent your identity or the nature of your goods.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend it for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control. The service and website are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Claims about lost or damaged inventory must be raised within 30 days of the shipment or event concerned.

You will indemnify EasyShippingHub against claims, penalties, duties and costs arising from your goods, from information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of any law or marketplace rule.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that presents a risk to the service or other users. On termination you must arrange collection of any remaining inventory and settle any outstanding balance; the sections on customs, fees, liability and indemnity survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
